We are recruiting a committed teaching assistant to support pupils with complex SEND needs in a vibrant and inclusive school community.

About the Role

* Provide personalised support for pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD.

* Adapt learning materials and sensory resources to enhance engagement and communication.

* Assist with personal‑care routines, mobility support, and independence‑building tasks.

* Work closely with teachers and therapy teams to deliver targeted interventions.

* Support pupils during therapeutic sessions, outdoor learning, and community‑based activities.

* Contribute to progress monitoring, behaviour support strategies, and IEP reviews.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience supporting SEND pupils.

* Empathy, resilience, and a proactive approach.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Qualifications such as CACHE, NVQ, or TA Level 2/3 are beneficial.

* Desire to grow as a teaching assistant.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
