Job Duties:
Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students in the classroom
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
Assist with classroom management and behaviour of students
Support students with special educational needs
Required Qualifications:
GCSE English and Maths
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Education:
GCSE English and Maths
Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong organisational skills
Leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills
Great listening skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training or certifications in education or child development i.e.
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience:
Expereince supporting pupils will addtioanl needs is desirbale, but not compulsory.
