Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA's) or Expereinced Teaching Assistant
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Fully time, Permanent position starting September 2024
Salary: £85 - £120 per day, + Weekly Pay

As a higher learning teaching assistant or an experienced teaching assistant you will be required to:
Work with the children 1 to 1 and in small groups to provide support and encourage learning.
Potetnially lead whole class sessions with the opportunity to cover lessons due to teacher absence, providing great teaching experience.
Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and teaching materials.
Provide positive and constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
Keeping the children motivated and excited to learn.Requirements for this HLTA / Teaching Assistant role:
Prefered: Qualification in Education or Teaching Support (HLTA status, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
Have an understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment.
