Full time Teaching Assistant role
Salary: £90 - £120 a day
Are you an experienced, passionate teaching assistant seeking your next role If so, we want to hear from you.
Teach Plus are currently working with mainstream and SEN schools within the Hillingdon area. For this role you must be able to work 8:30a.m - 4p.m, as a teaching assistant you must be flexible supporting in different year groups across KS1 and KS2.
For this Teaching Assistant role you will be expected to support the class teacher with pupils who need extra support with certain subjects such as English and Math's, support with challenging behaviour, creating resources needed for lessons, observing pupils and relaying back to class teacher to put suitable next steps in place, supervise during play and meal times, making sure classroom is kept clean and tidy.
Teach Plus are seeing Teaching assistants who are compassionate, dedicated and hard working to ensure pupils get the education they need and potentially looking to develop their career further.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to:
Support pupils in small groups or on a one to one basis
Create resources or set up displays within the school
Provide on going support for pupils with SEN
Manage challenging behaviour
Maintaining cleanliness of classroom
Observe and monitors progressThe ideal candidate for a Teaching Assistant will have:
Cache level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or childcare course
Enhanced DBS on the update service - Must be child workforce only!
Right to work within the UK
Overseas criminal clearance
