Teaching Assistant – Rugby
Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | £92.63–£100 per day | Start Date: ASAP
A friendly and supportive primary school in Rugby is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team full‑time. As a result, you’ll be working at the heart of the classroom, helping pupils feel confident, settled and ready to learn each day. In addition, you’ll support the class teacher with small‑group activities, daily routines and tasks that keep children engaged and progressing. At the same time, your calm, steady presence will help create a warm and structured learning environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
* Helping children stay focused, confident and engaged
* Assisting with literacy, numeracy and classroom routines
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Supporting pupils with mild SEND needs where required
* Working collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
