We are seeking a supportive teaching assistant to help pupils with a range of SEND needs thrive in their learning.
About the Role
* Support pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD through structured, sensory‑rich, and communication‑focused activities.
* Adapt learning environments to promote sensory engagement, emotional regulation, and independence.
* Assist with personal‑care routines and daily independence tasks.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy professionals to deliver targeted interventions.
* Support pupils during therapy programmes such as speech and language, physiotherapy, or sensory circuits.
* Contribute to progress tracking, classroom organisation, and IEP reviews.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting SEND learners.
* Patience, empathy, and flexibility.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Qualifications such as CACHE, NVQ, or TA Level 2/3 are advantageous.
* Commitment to developing as a teaching assistant.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
