About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Supporting students with special educational needs to ensure they have access to the curriculum.
Helping to monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values and ethos.What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a secondary school setting.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting student achievement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
