Teaching Assistant - 3-5 days a week - Flexible

As a Teaching Assistant working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development across Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and strood. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. You must have experience of working with children.

The Ideal Candidate Experience

* The ideal candidate will have:

* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education

* Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis

* A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development

* Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff

* An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
