Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role in a school setting? Zest Education is currently working with schools in Warwick that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting pupils and helping them to achieve their full potential. Furthermore, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality classroom support and create a positive learning environment. In addition, you will help pupils develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning. As a result, you will play a key role in supporting both academic progress and personal development throughout the school day.
The Role
* Support pupils within the classroom across a range of subjects
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
* Encourage pupil engagement and participation in lessons
* Promote positive behaviour and effective learning routines
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
Skills and Experience
* Previous classroom experience is essential
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, positive, and proactive approach
* The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
