Your Day-to-Day:
* Provide one-on-one assistance to students with SEND, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement they need.

What We Need from You:
* Previous experience working in a school setting, especially with SEND students.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
