Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, assist in the preparation of classroom materials, and provide individualized attention to students to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Perform other duties as required to support the smooth running of the school.Requirements:

A degree from a Russell Group university.
GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above).
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
