TeacherActive are excited to be working with a secondary school in Rochdale who are looking for Teaching Assistants, on a day-to-day basis. The school are looking for someone who has a positive and welcoming attitude, to work alongside a team of dedicated staff and strive to help learners succeed.
The successful Teaching Assistant should have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate, encourage and stimulate learners to ensure that they make the most of every opportunity to learn.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience working with Key Stage 3/KS3 and Key Stage 4/KS4
The ability to remain calm in challenging situations
The ability to create a warm and welcoming learning environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills
