Teaching Assistant

Are you a recent graduate looking for experience working within a primary school?

We are looking for several unqualified Teaching Assistants to work within a primary school in Tooting. Experience is not required but a willingness to learn and a pro active attitude is essential.
The daily working hours are 8:30 – 15:30 however the working days are flexible so this would be suited well suited to university students.
You will receive an online diary which you can update electronically to let us know your weekly availability.

Pay Rate  
£85.00 - £105.00 per day (dependant on experience level)

About the Teaching Assistant role:

START DATE - SEPTEMBER
REQUIRES A LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION IN CHILDCARE
Supporting pupils within whole classroom settings
Providing and maintaining a creative and safe learning environment
Assisting the class teacher as well as other staff members
Managing behavioural challenges
About you:

Personable and proactive
Have good communication skills
Passionate about pupils learning and development
Have good timekeeping
Patient and calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
