Position: Teaching Assistants
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Hours: Full-Time preferred, Part-Time options available

About the Role:
Zen Educate is delighted to partner with a welcoming Catholic primary school in Redhill, seeking several dedicated Teaching Assistants. These roles involve working across the school, providing vital support to children with special educational needs, including but not limited to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Down's Syndrome, Dyslexia, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to children with various special educational needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff to implement individualized education plans.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
* A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous.
