1-2-1 Teaching Assistant needed in Manchester 

TeacherActive is working with a number of primary schools across Manchester to recruit dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants. These roles involve providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and engage positively with their learning.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies and ensure that each pupil receives the guidance they need to succeed. This is a highly rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact on a child’s educational experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Understanding of additional learning needs
