Are you a caring individual who would love the opportunity to work with students who have had difficulties in mainstream schools?

We have an opportunity to work in a challenging but rewarding environment in the education sector. We have a school in the Liverpool area who are looking for a teacher to work with key stage 2 and key stage 3 students. The school is split over two sites.

Pupils who attend the schoolwork in small classes and groups, giving the teachers the opportunity to work closely with students and develop trustworthy relationships. The aim is for staff to re-engage the students and break down any behavioural or emotional barriers there may be.

Hours/Days: Monday-Friday, 8.00am-3.00pm (Term-Time only)
Start date- As soon as possible.
Specialist provision- Sefton
The pay for this role is £85-£100 daily

The leadership team work extremely hard to build on relationships with pupils each day, it is very important for them to build trustworthy relationships to make sure that pupils feel safe and comfortable whilst they are in their care.

The ideal teaching assistant would be somebody who is passionate about working with students to support them through any difficulties they may face. They will be very supportive and also a great listener. It is important that you have good communication skills in order to build strong bonds with the pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
