Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Hampshire
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (after 12 weeks)
Pay: £80 – £110 per day

We are a specialist education recruitment agency seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a secondary school in Hampshire from September.

The Role:

Supporting teachers across a range of secondary subjects
Working 1:1 and in small groups with students
Assisting with classroom management and engagement
Supporting pupils with varying learning needs

We Are Looking For:

Experienced Teaching Assistants or graduates looking to gain classroom experience
Confident, proactive individuals with strong communication skills
A passion for supporting young people in education
