A friendly and caring school in Torfaen, who passionately care about the well-being of their staff and students, are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their friendly school team. The role would involve working as a general Classroom Assistant, as well as supporting with pupils on a basis, and they are ideally looking for someone who has ALN experience.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have the following:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) students.
A Level 3 or above NVQ or CACHE Qualification (prefered but not essential).
ELSA or Thrive Experience (prefered but not essential).
A caring and empathetic nature.
