As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students, both individually and in small groups. About You:
To qualify for the Teaching Assistant role, you should:
Demonstrate the ability to build strong rapport with students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Have previous experience working with children and young individuals with SEND.
Possess excellent communication and behavior management skills.
Be willing to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
