The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils with their learning and development. You may work across different year groups and school settings, making every day varied and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
Support teachers with engaging and effective lessons
Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school environments
Assist with classroom management and follow school policies
Promote pupils' confidence, independence and participation

Requirements:
