Responsibilities:

Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering effective and engaging lessons.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address students' academic and behavioural needs.Qualifications:

Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of students.
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team.
