About the role
Supply Desk is delighted to be able to offer an exciting Teaching Assistant role at a secondary school in Eastbourne, dedicated to ensuring students reach their full potential through curiosity, ambition, respect and engagement. As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the teacher and students directly and assisting with a variety of tasks in the classroom.
Key responsibilities
To provide detailed and regular feedback on students’ achievement, progress and needs
To attend to the students’ personal needs where required.
To promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students.
To prepare and maintain equipment/resources as directed by the teacher and assist students in their use.
To accompany teaching staff and students on visits, trips and off-site activities as required.
To succeed in this role you will be
Experienced working with children
Local to Eastbourne or willing to commute
Adaptable to meet children’s needs
Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
