Job role: Level 3 Childcare Practitioner
Pay rate: £83-£90 per day
As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, social, and emotional development. We are recruiting for positions opening in the new academic year, located in Worthing, West Sussex in the South East of England.
Duties include:
Help implement activities to support children's learning and development
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Observe and monitor children's behaviour, reporting any concerns.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Communicate effectively, providing regular updates on their child's activities and progress
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children
Advantageous Qualifications:
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Learning
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education
Expected Knowledge, experience and skills:
Experience working in a childcare setting
Knowledge of child development principles and best practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
