The Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome obstacles and thrive in their learning environment. Your responsibilities may include:

Implementing individualised behaviour management strategies
Providing one-on-one support to students both in and out of the classroom
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitoring and recording student progress.
Offering guidance and encouragement to promote positive behaviour and social skills development.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Willingness to undergo relevant training and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
