We are working with a primary school in Hemel Hempstead that is looking for a Teaching Assistant (TAs) to start working with them in September 2024, The school are particularly interested in Psychology and criminology graduates who are aspiring Education Psychologists/Clinical Psychologists/Occupational Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of additional needs.
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities that meet the individual needs of each student.
Support students with their emotional and social development, helping them to build confidence and resilience.
Collaborate with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
