Location: Hillingdon, London
Contract: Full-Time | September 2026 Start
Salary: £515 – £550 per week

Main Responsibilities

Support pupils in the classroom, helping them access learning and achieve their individual targets.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils who require additional assistance.
Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
Assist with playground duties, school trips and other wider school activities as required.
Help ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times. 
About You

Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or educational setting is desirable.
A positive, proactive and patient approach to supporting young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
Confident supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
