Pay: £515 - £550 per week (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are currently working with a number of welcoming and inclusive schools across Surrey who are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and making a meaningful impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Implement behaviour management strategies and individual education plans The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
