As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

???? Support children individually and in small groups.

???? Help pupils take part in lessons and understand learning activities.
*
???? Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
*
???? Prepare resources and help create an engaging classroom.
*
???????? Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team.

???? Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment where children feel supported.

✔ Experience supporting children in a school, nursery or another relevant setting.
✔ A patient, encouraging approach and a willingness to get involved.
✔ Good communication skills and the ability to work with others.
✔ A commitment to safeguarding and children’s wellbeing.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification is desirable. Experience in EYFS, KS1, KS2 or supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is welcome.
