Working as a Teaching Assistant on daily supply is the perfect way to experience different schools, year groups and classroom environments while developing your skills. Psychology graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. This Teaching Assistant role allows you to put your knowledge of child development, behaviour and learning into practice while working alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as a Teaching Assistant
Delivering intervention sessions as a Teaching Assistant
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting pupils with SEND
Building positive relationships with children and staff
