Pay: £1,800-£2,300 per month
Role: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Start: ASAP / September
Type: Full-time / Part-time options available
The Role
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Basildon area. You'll be supporting pupils across the classroom, helping with learning, behaviour and day-to-day development while working closely with teachers and the wider school team.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting
Confident supporting pupils with their learning and development
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Patient, approachable and proactive
SEN experience is highly desirable
A genuine passion for education
