The Role – Teaching Assistant
A friendly and inclusive primary school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to supporting children's learning and development.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your responsibilities will include providing classroom support, assisting with small group interventions, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis where required, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs, ensuring all children remain engaged and make progress throughout the school day. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for education are essential.
