Description:
EmpowerED is recruiting multiple SEN Teaching Assistants in Maidenhead for a specialist school supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.
These are permanent positions, ideal for people who want to build a long-term career in SEND and work in a supportive specialist environment.
The role
* Support pupils with autism and additional needs
* Work 1:1 and in small groups
* Help pupils with learning, communication and emotional regulation
* Support independence, confidence and life skills
* Work alongside teachers, therapists and wider support staff
* Follow individual support and behaviour plans
We’re looking for people who are:
