WHAT WILL A TYPICAL WORKDAY ENTAIL?

Your tasks will depend on your experience, training, and TA status, and may include:

Delivering tailored teaching activities to pupils either one-to-one or in small groups
Ensuring engaged learning and task focus among supported pupils during lessons
Supporting social and emotional development, promptly reporting any issues as necessary
Assisting the teacher in managing challenging behavior and fostering positive behavior
Contributing to lesson planning
With experience, potentially specializing in literacy, numeracy, or SEN.
QUALIFICATIONS
