Empowering Learning is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Wigan area from September.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to further develop your skills within primary education, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and development
Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with varying learning needs to achieve their full potentialThe Successful Candidate Will Have:

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within a primary school setting is desirable
A positive, proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
