Salary: £92.63 - £110 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Primary school in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive educational environment.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to promote learning and progress.
Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
Support pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
Requirements
Essential:
Experience working in a UK school as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom support role.
A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Desirable:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
