Role and Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both students and teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons
Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
Supporting classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Helping to assess and monitor student progress
Facilitating group activities and encouraging student participation
Assisting with administrative tasks as neededWhat We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role
A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their potential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
