Role and Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant through Academics, you will be placed in diverse educational settings where you will:
Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students
Prepare and organise educational materials and resources
Assist in the grading and assessment of student work
Support students with special needs or those requiring additional academic assistance
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:
A passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student success
Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
