ANZUK Education is partnering with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Hammersmith & Fulham who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support within classrooms, SEN provisions, and pastoral support roles.
These opportunities are ideal for candidates looking to build experience across a range of school settings while exploring long-term opportunities within education. Schools are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic individuals who can support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
The roles available can include general classroom Teaching Assistant work, SEN support, Learning Support Assistant positions, behaviour mentoring, intervention support, and 1:1 roles supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across primary classrooms on a full-time basis
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN and additional learning needs
* Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and behavioural challenges
* Delivering targeted booster and intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy
* Helping pupils build confidence, routines, and positive engagement with learning
* Supporting teachers in maintaining an inclusive and structured classroom environment
* Gaining experience across a range of supportive primary school settings
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people in schools, care, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar settings
* Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing
* Backgrounds in psychology, sport, performing arts, mentoring, or support work are highly desirable
* Interested in gaining long-term experience within education
