???? Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in classroom activities and supporting students with their learning
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help
Helping to create engaging learning materials and resources
Promoting positive behavior and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students???? Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and its students
