Teaching Assistant | Coventry, CV6 | £85 - £100 per day | September Start
We're searching for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school situated in the Daimler Green area. This incredibly rewarding opportunity gives you the platform to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils looking to complete their Primary School experience. The school is looking for a teaching assistant to join them on a full-time basis ASAP, for the right candidate this can progress from long-term to permanent position.
Expectations for the role:
Assist in crafting and adapting teaching resources and materials to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students in the class.
Support the teacher in delivering lessons and activities, including the preparation of materials, setup of equipment, and maintenance of the classroom environment.
Foster the overall well-being of students by implementing targeted interventions to support their learning and development.
Provide individual support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as well as facilitating small group sessions, both in and out of the classroom.
Introduce engaging activities and games to promote socialization and foster inclusivity among students.Ideally, you will:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree.
Have at least one year's experience supporting primary school pupils, ideally KS2.
