Teaching Assistant - Supply Opportunities
Location: Wilmslow & Macclesfield
Contract: Flexible / Day-to-Day Supply | Long-Term Opportunities Available

Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a number of primary and secondary schools across Wilmslow and Macclesfield who are seeking Teaching Assistants to support on a flexible supply basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for those looking for flexible work, whether that's a few days a week or more consistent placements. You will gain experience across a variety of school settings, supporting pupils of different ages and abilities.

Roles may include general classroom support, small group work, or 1:1 support, including working with pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Work with small groups or individual pupils
Assist with interventions and targeted support
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Promote positive behaviour and engagement

Requirements

Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
Passion for supporting children's learning and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

Pay

£88.92 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
