SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

About the Role
SENCare Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN /SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Milton Keynes on a full-time basis.
The school supports children and young people with a range of complex, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in pupils' education, development and wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys working in a supportive and rewarding SEN environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with special educational needs.
*
Support pupils with autism (ASC), SEMH and additional learning needs.
*
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
*
Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour and social development.
*
Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
*
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and other professionals.
Requirements
*
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
*
Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (online DBS).
*
A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
*
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
*
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
*
Available to start immediately
