We’re working with a lovely, supportive secondary school in Buckinghamshire who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant within their SEN department from September 2026.
The school has a strong reputation locally, with a hands-on SENCO and supportive leadership team who really invest in their support staff.
The role:
Supporting students with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
Working closely with the SEN team and teaching staff
Helping students stay engaged and make progress in lessons
Supporting behaviour and building positive relationships
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with young people (school, coaching, care or similar)
Interest in SEN / additional needs
Calm, patient and reliable approach
Graduates and experienced TAs both encouraged to apply
