Role: 1:1 Support for Student with Behavioral Difficulties in Mainstream Classes

Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one support to a student with behavioral difficulties, ensuring their inclusion and participation in mainstream classes.
Implementing individualized strategies and interventions to support the student's academic and social-emotional development.
Collaborating with classroom teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring the student's progress and behavior, and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.
Assisting with classroom management and implementing behavior management techniques as needed.Requirements:
Experience working with students with behavioral difficulties or special educational needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting students facing challenges.
