About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive college environment where you will help young people develop their confidence, independence, learning and life skills.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teaching staff, providing classroom, individual and small-group support to students who may have additional learning needs.
You could be supporting students with:

SEN and additional learning needs
Autism and ADHD
Behavioural and emotional needs
Communication and learning difficulties
Developing independence and life skillsWhat We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience as:
Teaching Assistants | Learning Support Assistants | SEN TAs | College Support Workers | Youth Workers | Behaviour Mentors
Relevant experience supporting young people is highly desirable, but we're also keen to hear from graduates and candidates with strong transferable experience who are passionate about education and supporting young people.
You should be:

Reliable and professional
Confident working with young people
Able to build positive relationships
Passionate about helping students progress
