Teaching Assistant Duties:
Support students in English and Maths lessons
Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Help students develop confidence and independence in core subjects
Provide targeted intervention support where required
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staffIdeal Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with young people is desirable
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Confidence supporting English and Maths
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
