The Supply Register is working in partnership with The Flourishing Schools Federation as their Managed Service Provider (MSP), recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across their schools:
Northside Primary School
Queenswell Infant & Nursery School
Queenswell Junior School
We’re looking for Teaching Assistants who:
Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in a school or educational setting – essential
Have experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, ASD, ADHD or learning difficulties
Are patient, caring and proactive, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
Are committed to creating an inclusive, safe and positive learning environment where every child can flourish
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
Support children with their learning, development and independence
Work alongside class teachers to support lessons and learning activities
Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and access the curriculum
Promote positive behaviour and encourage confidence and resilience
Support pupils with additional needs and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment
