Join Our Team
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential and making a positive difference in the classroom.
Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team, you will provide high-quality support to pupils across the curriculum, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils' learning in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions.
* Assist teachers with planning, preparing, and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Promote pupils' independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
* Support children with additional learning needs where required.
* Help to maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
