Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

While previous experience with SEN is desirable, it’s not essential – your passion and dedication are what truly matter.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
With your ability to engage and motivate students, you’ll inspire them to overcome challenges and achieve success.
