Provide essential support to children with SEN needs, particularly those with mild autism.
Work closely with the class teacher and two other teaching assistants to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
Support children's social and emotional development, fostering a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Help monitor and record the progress of each child, ensuring their individual needs are met.Early Years Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

Experience working with young children, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.
CACHE Level 3 qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with children.
A dedicated and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
